Abstract. A method is proposed for improvement of accuracy of average frequency measurement in acousto-optical spectroanalyzer with spatial non-invariant response based on calibration of the frequency response and frequency scale. The method is reported to ensure reduction of instrumental error of frequency measurement from 4,5 to 0,1 MGz.
