Abstract. Organization of effective control over distributed systems, in particular power complex, with the account for dynamics processes of the production, distribution, accumulation and consuming of energy resources, is considered. A solution of the problem is presented; it is based on the theory of linear programming, analytic identification method, and multi-graph models.
