A method is proposed for estimation of the effect of initial data variation on an a priory conclusion in a fragment of algebraic Bayes net. The method is based on solution of a set of linear programming problems. An upper estimate is derived for conclusion sensitivity depending linearly on initial data variation radius.

Application of ergonomic principles to design of automated workplace (AWP) as a component of an integrated automated control system is considered for the case when the AWP users have a humanitarian education.
APPLICATION OF PARAMETRICAL APPROXIMATION FOR CONSTRUCTION OF PLANNED TRAJECTORIES OF MOBILE APPARATUS Georgiy M. Dovgobrod, Клячко Л. М., Andrey V. Rogozhnikov

Parametric polynomial curves of the fifth (or higher) degree are proposed for construction of planned trajectories of mobile apparatus. The planned trajectories are shown to possess the maximal possible curvature radius with starting and final points having given coordinates, directions, and curvatures. The proposed trajectories may be used as reference curves when automated or manual control over the apparatus motion is applied.

The problem of optimization of navigational measurements program on board of a space vehicle is considered. A method is proposed to solve the problem on the basis of the known Rozenbrok computing scheme. The method includes a procedure of random search for detailed analysis of a neighborhood of a point of supposed extremum. Computed results are presented for various values of a space vehicle orbit eccentricity and navigational parameters: two angles “a star — horizon of the Earth” and angular diameter of the Earth.

Theoretical analysis of an informational model of visual cortex cell selective to spatial patterns is carried out. Methods of textural segmentation based on accepted model are demonstrated to diminish representation length of image description. Explicit application of image description length as an objective function is shown to allow for the model improvement.
AUTOMATED FILTRATION METHOD FOR SPAM CONTROL Maria А. Semenova, Veniamin Semyonov

A method for control over undesirable electronic correspondence distributed via the Internet is proposed. The method is based on automated filtration of electronic messages with the use of Bayes theory.

DEVICES AND SYSTEMS OF AUTOMATIC CONTROL

35
The problem of secure operability of dynamic system with quasi-similar channels is analyzed on the base of dependence between the stability factor of separate channel and argument of cross-channel links matrix. Solution to the problem is obtained with an estimate of channel dissimilarity degree as a parameter.

For system with periodical structure variation, a limiting model is derived in the form of a vector – matrix differential equation. The model describes the system limit when period of the structure variation tends to zero. The model is applied to examine a pulsed dc step-up transformer. Mathematical modeling is used to estimate the proximity of continuous limiting model to actual alternating structure system.

ELECTRONIC AND ELECTROMAGNETIC DEVICES

49
A discreet filtering algorithm with intermediate summation of input signal counts is proposed. Comparison of accuracy characteristics and computation effectiveness of the new algorithm with known algorithms is presented.
53
Digital phase-synchronization systems with clock period interpolation effected by implementation of local generator operated in multiphase ring circuit and application of phase interpolation elements are considered. Diagrams of controllable delay element – ring generator unit – and phase interpolation element are presented. Principles of design of phase-synchronized interpolation devices with relay and sawtooth characteristics of phase comparison circuit are described.

Bipolar transistor is shown to constitute a controllable clipper of high-power signals with the range of about 40 dB. Possible applications of bipolar transistors in overload-protection devices for strip power amplifiers as well as in modulators of high-power signal amplitude are described.

OPTICAL AND OPTO-ELECTRONIC INSTRUMENTS AND SYSTEMS

63
Some methods of adequacy valuation for computer model of opto-electronic system are considered. A procedure of computer model optimization with the use of the adequacy criterion is described.
68
Accuracy of precise laser rangefinders employing a two-wavelength diode laser is considered. Information on speed of wave propagation along the trace is obtained in optoelectronic recirculation mode at the two wavelengths and is used for range calculation.

INSTRUMENT-MAKING TECHNOLOGY

73
Variation of surface roughness of standard glassceramics ST-50-1 substrate under the action of CO2 laser radiation is investigated. Operation conditions affording surface peaks size reduction down to 20 nm. Further reduction in the roughness is shown to be achievable to allow for formation of surface nanostructures. The problem of temporal stability of resulting surface characteristics is discussed. Control over topology of the surface being worked is performed with scanning sounding microscope Solver P47 Pro.
76
The problem of diagnostic of electrical equipment of power supply systems is considered. A method to estimate the optimal inspection interval is proposed. The procedure can be carried out in the course of the powery supply systems operation.
