A mathematical model is presented for control over network in the case of diverse requirements to routing and joint application of various path determination algorithms. A method is proposed for control over network routing in heterogeneous information-communication network of arbitrary structure. The method allows for effective employment of the net resource and reduction in the number of traffic lockouts and delays.
