7
Problems in construction of automated line for assembly, adjustment, and quality control of production microlenses are considered. A concept of the line design is presented.
UNIFICATION OF OPTICAL АND MECHANICAL DESIGN OF LENS MICROOBJECTIVES Latyev Svyatoslav M, Tabachkov Alexey G., Frolov Dmitry N., Anatoly S. Reznikov
14
Principles of microlens unification are considered. The principles allows the development of a rational basic construction and family of typical lenses most commonly used, and to increase the effectiveness of lens manufacturing, assembly, and testing.
MATHEMATICAL MODEL OF AUTOMATED ASSEMBLY OF MICROLENSES Alekxander Smirnov, Latyev Svyatoslav M
22
Mathematical relations are derived to constitute the base for algorithm of automated assembly of microlenses. Technological errors of the lens components manufacturing are taken into account.
AUTOMATED RECALCULATION OF OPTICAL SCHEME IN INSTRUMENT DESIGN Alekxander Smirnov, Anatoly S. Reznikov, Dmitry A. Abramov
28
A computer program of selective weight optimization of optical instrument scheme with respect to integral aberrational criteria is developed. The method of random generation of initial optical scheme parameter distributed uniformly over the factor space is employed. Examples of calculations are presented.

METROLOGICAL CONTROL AND MEASUREMENT OF MECHANICAL QUANTITIES WITH OPTICAL METHODS

ALGORITHM FOR OBJECT GEOMETRICAL PARAMETERS DETERMINATION BY MOIRÉ FRINGE PATTERN Ivanov Aleхandеr N. , Каракулев Ю. А., Vitaliy Michailov
33
A method of moiré fringe pattern processing based on parametric equation linking the moiré fringe shape with geometry of the object under control is described. A procedure of preliminary image processing to suppress the noise is proposed.
APPLICATION OF A DISPERSIVE ELEMENT FOR ADJUSTMENT OF ZEHNDER — MACH INTERFEROMETER Burbaev Amir M., Vadim V. Zyuzin, Maksim G. Lukin, Sergey A. Marusov, Vladimir I. Mischenko
37
Principles of spectral interferometry are formulated, and mechanism of moiré fringe pattern formation is described for the case of a dispersive element introduced at the interferometer output. The dispersive element application is shown to expand dynamic range of fringe registration when zero path difference is searched for, and to simplify and accelerate the interferometer adjustment.
43
An operator-served pyrometer for detection of overheated wires twisting in electric main is described. The instrument is mounted on a track platform; it includes IR measuring channel, visual optical TV channel, and pointing drive. The overheat detection levels comprise 200, 400, and 600 С held to within 2 C.
49
A method of estimation of object size by position of inflection points in the main maximum of diffraction pattern is proposed. The method is shown to possess a high sensitivity to variation of the object size and allows performing the measurements with accuracy of 0,1 microns.
53
A diffraction scheme is proposed for control over linear and angular displacements of an object with variable scale of Fourier spectrum. A mathematical model is developed to describe amplitude and phase distribution of light field in registration plane. Experimental results are shown to be in good agreement with model calculations.
APPLICATION OF THERMAL STORAGE MODE TO THERMOELASTIC CONVERTER USED IN MULTICHANNEL MEASURING SYSTEMS Польщиков Г. В., Elena I. Shevnina, Lam Son Pham, Natalia V. Shalygina
56
The possibility of application of the thermal storage phenomenon in radiation detectors on the base of thermoelastic effect to multichannel photometric systems is investigated. Possible errors in measurement of energetic parameters of laser radiation are analyzed, and ways to eliminate the error sources are considered.
60
A method is presented for determination of spatial spectral characteristics of local light fields. Measuring installation schematics for experimental approbation of the method is described. Application of the method to problems in aviation instrument manufacturing is justified.

65
Upgrade of design of photovoltaic indicators of linear displacements is described. A scheme of control device using the indicator of spherical surface curvature radius is presented
69
A model is analyzed of moiré-interference pattern formation on diffraction at clearance between edge of finite thickness and plane reflecting surface. A relation between the edge thickness and the fringe shape is derived
