MODELS FOR COMPOSITION DESIGN OF AVIONIC SYSTEMS Paramonov Pavel P, Gatchin Yuri A, Boris Vidin, Zharinov Igor Olegovich, Zharinov Oleg O
5
Methodological basis of complex technical systems design are analyzed for the case of airborne equipment development in the frames of general concepts of integrated modular avionics.
13
Number of inversions of stationary process is shown to be of high informative significance for determination of breakdown instant of stationary operation mode of complex dynamic system. The two criteria are considered: parametric one, associated with representation of variances of elementary harmonic components in canonical decomposition of random narrow-band process as coordinates of a Hilbert space vector, and nonparametric, allowing for process trend extraction under wide prior uncertainty conditions.

DEVICES AND SYSTEMS OF AUTOMATIC CONTROL

ACHIEVEMENT OF ROBUSTNESS OF STABILIZATION SYSTEM SYNTHESIZED ON THE BASE OF QUADRATIC THEORY Anton P. Klimov, Olga A. Remizova, Irina V. Rudakova, Alexander L. Fokin
18
A synthesis procedure is proposed to diminish stabilization system sensitivity to parametric uncertainty of object under control. The procedure is based on artificial separation of the object movements and extension of dynamic model. The proposed method is represented in the frames of Н2-optimal control and linear quadratic Gaussian problem.
ANALYSIS OF AUTOMATIC RADIO RANGE FINDER PERFORMANCE UNDER RANDOM PERTURBATIONS Grigoriev Valeriy V., Dmitry Kozis, Коровьяков А. Н., Yury V. Litvinov
26
A numerical characteristic is proposed for efficiency of radio-automatic system performance under influence of random disturbances. Practical employment of obtained theoretical results is demonstrated as applied to typical functional configuration of automatic radio range finder.

COMPUTING TECHNIQUE

33
An approach is proposed for estimation of upper limit of message delivery time for separate sites in distributed real-time systems on the base of CAN-interface. It is shown that methods analogous to those used to check assurance of task performance timeliness in uniprocessor real time systems, may be applied for checking in time communication between sites in systems under consideration.
39
Methods of construction of dual-track code scale for angular movement converter are considered. The methods are based on the use of nonlinear binary sequences. Examples of scale construction are presented.
CODE—TO NUMBER OF PULSES CONVERTER WITH STATE ACTUALIZATION Nikolay M. Safiannikov, Pavel N. Bondarenko
45
An original converter of code to number of pulses is considered. The converter is constructed digit-by-digit without an increase in number of inputs from digit to digit. This peculiarity is shown to allow for increase in speed and improvement in topological characteristics of the device, especially at high number of digits.

FINE MECHANICS DEVICES

51
A new criterion of good condition of instruments is proposed and substantiate. The criterion named “metrological safety factor” may serve as a basis for standards of verification of instruments and other measuring means.
54
The problem of linear dimensions inspection of a production-run with the use of computer technologies by “National Instruments” is considered. A method is proposed for improvement of inspection accuracy based on measuring of distance between centers of differentiated distribution of integrated irradiance in shadow image of item under control. Description of laboratory setup layout and virtual control instrument are presented.

ELECTRONIC AND ELECTROMAGNETIC DEVICES

61
Technology is considered of forming and visualization of 3-D scene retrieved from two or more projections. The technology in question is based on computer-assisted synthesis of one-dimensional hologram of luminous pixels line with various depth of pixel position.
67
A physical-mathematical model of LED in TO-1 body is developed. The model parameters are geometric dimensions of LED crystal and body elements, refractive indexes and absorption coefficients of the body material and the crystal. Solution to the problem of light propagation includes taking account of reflection at the body base, cylindrical and spherical dome surfaces, of ray refraction at the surfaces, as well as of light absorption in the crystal and body material. Calculations of polar patterns on the base of the model are compared with experimental results for LED KIPD-21K.

OPTICAL AND OPTO-ELECTRONIC INSTRUMENTS AND SYSTEMS

74
Laboratory spectrometer for reflectance measurement and coloration parameters evaluation of diffusely reflecting objects is considered. Peculiarities of construction and basis technical characteristics of the instrument on the base of a polyhromator are described. Results of the instrument tests are presented.
APPLICATION OF PLANE-PARALLEL PLATE TO CONTROL OVER RADIATION ELLIPTICITY Paul S. Andreev, Tamara N. Shabalina, Olga Yu. Pikoul, Vladimir I. Stroganov
78
Plane-parallel plate of arbitrary thickness with optical axis perpendicular to the plate is shown to provide a mean for control over ellipticity of radiation. Change in ellipticity is performed by rotation of the plate through a given angle around an axis in the plate plane. Characteristics of plates made of MgF2 and LiNbO3 are presented.
