ARCHITECTURE OF KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM BASED ON WIKITECHNOLOGY AND INTEGRATED ONTOLOGICAL MODELS Mouromtsev Dmitry I., Vladimir A. Gorovoy, Alexey N. Zlobin, Yury V. Katkov, Irina N. Pochinok
5
Key concepts of corporate knowledge management system based on ontological modeling and Wikitechnology are discussed, and the system architecture is described. A prototype of “OntolingeWiki” system is presented as an example of practical implementation of the approach.
12
An algorithm is proposed for compression of tomography data for tomography data banks and telemedicine application. A diagram of compressor/decompressor construction is presented. Results of experimental assessment of the algorithm efficiency are demonstrated.
PHASE FUNCTION EFFECTS ON AIRBORNE HYDROGRAPHIC LIDAR PERFORMANCE Кононенко М. Е., Yury I. Kopilevich, Задорожная Е. И.
16
Characteristics of spatial resolution of airborne hydrographic lidar system and decay of lidar return with depth are studied analytically for arbitrary volume scattering function (VSF) of the seawater in the frames of the small-angle scattering approximation for radiation transfer equation. Numerical analysis is performed for three types of the water with the use of measured Petzold VSF. Results are compared with calculations based on Dolin model phase function and diffusion small-angle approximation. Applicability of the models in various environmental conditions is discussed.
GAUSSIAN MARKOV SEQUENCES Stanislav N. Vorobiev, Natalia V. Girina, Leonid A. Osipov
23
The accuracy matrix for Gaussian Markov sequence of k-th order is shown to be ( 2k +1)-diagonal. Non- Markov processes are approximated by Markov sequences with retained principle diagonals of accuracy matrix.

GYROSCOPIC AND NAVIGATION SYSTEMS

THERMAL DRIFT OF FIBER OPTIC GYROSCOPE Eugeny I. Vahrameev, Konstantin S. Galyagin, Alexander S. Ivonin, Mikhail A. Oshivalov, Tatiana A. Ulrikh
32
A mathematical model has been developed to simulate apparent angular velocity induced by unstable thermal state of the gyroscope sensor. The model is based on numerical solution of related differential boundary value problem of thermal photoelasticity. Results of numerical simulation for non-stationary thermal drift are presented and compared with full-scale experiment data.

FINE MECHANICS DEVICES

38
A novel method of signal and image processing based on changing from 1D to 2D and 3D representation is proposed. The inverse problem of changing of 3D to 1D representation is also considered. The results may be used in object-oriented programming of tactile robot vision.
FATIGUE FRACTURE OF MINIATURE PIEZOELECTRIC GRABS Амвросьева А. В., Musalimov Victor M
45
The fracture of piezoelectric grab is considered on the base of solution for the problem of linear slit in the plane boundary of half-space filled with piezoelectric material. A combined criterion of grab fracture is proposed. Application of aggregate D-module is shown to be appropriate for the limit curves construction.

ELECTRONIC AND ELECTROMAGNETIC DEVICES

50
Methods of structural parametrical analysis and synthesis of power subsystems of instrument electric drives are considered. The proposed models allow for search of alternative design of power subsystem through working the optimization problem.
55
The principle of invariant color brightness for digital television systems is considered. Effectiveness of TV systems which employ the principle is demonstrated and compared with that of systems based on invariant brightness principle.
59
An analytical relation is derived to estimate draught power of low-freqency electrodynamic vibrator used for verification and calibration of acceleration sensors. Results of experimental study are presented.

OPTICAL AND OPTO-ELECTRONIC INSTRUMENTS AND SYSTEMS

APPLICATION OF COMPUTER ISOPHOTOMETRY FOR CHECKING OF OBJECTIVE FOR NANOLITHOGRAPHY Kirillovsky Vladimir K., Yegor Gavrilov, Zhevlakov P Alexander
66
Quality control of optical surface finishing for modern Schwarzschild reflecting objectives operating in the EUV spectral range is shown to call for direct photometry of image structure. The method of isophotometry of point test object image allows to overcome restrictions caused by insufficient sensitivity of diffraction interferometry.
ALGORITHMIC CORRECTION OF PORTABLE SPECTROPHOTOMETER ERRORS Andrey Voronin, Elena Smirnova, Ildar N. Faizov
74
A method of algorithmic error correction is developed for portable instruments. The method description is given for the spectrophotometer incorporated in Kedr instrument used for identification of wood species. The proposed method is shown to increase identification reliability to 90%.
UPGRADING THE ELECTROSTATIC PHOTOELECTRONIC SPECTROMETERS ES-2401 AND ES-3201 Vladimir I. Kozhevnikov, Pieter G. Merzlyakov, Gennady R. Valeev
78
New technological modules of ES-2401 and ES-3201 spectrometers are developed for widening the scope of the instruments application in experiments in science of materials and nanotechnologies. Description of the modules is presented.

HEAT REGIMES AND RELIABILITY OF INSTRUMENTS AND SYSTEMS

84
Conditions of heat exchange between water drops and airflow are analyzed. Relations are obtained which allow for estimation of evaporation duration and drop cooling in the flow. The cooling time is shown to be two orders of magnitude shorter than the full evaporation time, the fact allowing the use of obtained relations for optimization of operation mode of air-evaporation cooling device.

INSTRUMENT-MAKING TECHNOLOGY

LASER THERMOCHEMICAL TECHNOLOGY OF CHROME FILMS MICROSTRUCTURING Tatiana V. Begenar, Vladimir Chuiko, Shandybina Galina D., Michail Yarchuk
89
Results of experimental study of chromium film morphology at various stages of laser recording are presented. The main mechanisms of “hidden” image recording are analyzed. An approach to assessment of resolution of thermochemical recording is proposed.
