INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES IN CONTROL

7
The problems of structural and functional reconfiguration of complex objects are considered.Methodological principles of solution of corresponding planning problems are developed in the frames of the management theory of structural dynamics of complex organizational and technical systems.
13
Current status of research in complex object life cycle management is analyzed. An original dynamic interpretation of the processes under investigation based on structure dynamics control theory is proposed.
17
The active mobile object control system (AMO CS) is considered. An integrated structure and dynamic models of AMO CS are developed. Combined methods and algorithms of planning and scheduling in the system are developed. The general advantage of the proposed methods and algorithms results from the comprehensive consideration of main constraints of investigation area on the base of integrated approach.
23
A prototype of navigation optical-electronic device for the automatic landing of the small-size selfcontained flying robot is proposed. General schematic and basic principles of the device design are described; dominant errors of it are analyzed. Results of bench and full-scale mockup tests are presented.
29
Various approaches to compliant motion control for flexible joint robots are discussed and analyzed. A method is proposed to increase the dynamic accuracy of the control.
34
The problems of organization of an information system for gastrography data storage and processing are considered. A scheme of the system is proposed, requirements to the system implementation allowing for remote operation are formulated.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES IN AUTOMATED SPEECH ANALYSIS

38
The state-of-the-art methodology of quantitative evaluation of automatic systems for speech recognition and speaker diarization is presented. Various measures and methods for estimation of automatic speech recognition results by criteria of speech recognition accuracy and signal processing speed are described.
43
The problem of diarization of several speakers speech recorded with single or multi-channel audio system is considered. Modern approaches to the problem solution are analyzed, methods for evaluation of speaker diarization system performance are presented.
DESIGN FEATURES OF USER INTERFACE OF MOBILE INFORMATIONAL ROBOT Maria V. Prishchepa , Konstantin Yu. Baranov
46
Several features of human-computer interface design are analyzed by the example of user interface of mobile informational robot providing enquiry services. The robot operation modes are described.

SOFTWARE FOR INFORMATION PROTECTION SYSTEMS

52
A configuration technique is proposed to facilitate the design of secure embedded devices. The model enables search for the most effective combinations of security building blocks in terms of consumption of device resources.
METHOD OF STRUCTURAL FEATURE EXTRACTION FOR MALWARE DETECTION Dmitry V. Komashinckiy , Igor V. Kotenko
58
The approach to malicious documents detection based on the application of machine learning, previously proposed by the authors, is applied to development of a method for extraction of static structural features from a data stream. The method makes use of structural features of malicious document elements and linkage between them.
EFFICIENCY ESTIMATION OF INFORMATION SERVICE CENTER Natalya Yu. Anufrieva , Roman V. Meshcheryakov , Galina A. Shevtsova
63
Information system containing electronic documents and designed to support decision makers is considered. A modern formulation of the problem of assessment of performance of the information system is presented.
“AURA” PROGRAM COMPLEXES FOR PERSONAL DATA INFORMATION SYSTEM PROTECTION Andrey A. Kostin , Anna A. Kostina, Dmitry M. Latyshev , Alexander Moldovyan
67
Innovative features of the software product “Aura” related to protection of information systems for personal data processing are considered. Consistency with Russian Federal Law "On Personal Data" is discussed.
