ОСОБЕННОСТИ ПРИМЕНЕНИЯ ГОЛОСОВЫХ ИНТЕРФЕЙСОВ НА ПРОИЗВОДСТВЕ

Аннотация. За последнее десятилетие качество обработки естественного языка значительно улучшилось благодаря усовершенствованиям как программного, так и аппаратного обеспечения. Современные технологии демонстрируют высокие результаты во всех областях — от автоматического распознавания речи до преобразования текста в речь и понимания естественного языка. Это позволило большому количеству компаний значительно повысить скорость предоставления услуг, качество и удобство использования продуктов в целом. Однако существует множество других, еще не используемых, приложений голосовых интерфейсов, и одно из них — применение таких технологий на производстве в рамках современных предприятий. При использовании голосовых технологий необходимо решить ряд задач. Представлены базовые компоненты обработки естественного языка, особенности их применения, а также подходы к созданию эффективного и в то же время простого голосового пользовательского интерфейса. Рассмотрены некоторые особенности промышленного проектирования и производства, которые следует учитывать при разработке таких систем.
