Abstract. Results of research of influence of a transparent covering nanographite film on amplitude of optoelectric signal arising in a film at its irradiation by laser pulses are considered. It is shown, that at drawing a covering dependence of amplitude of signal on a corner of falling of the laser beam on the film surface that can be used for modernization of the gauge of spatial position of the object made from nanographite film.
