Abstract. An approach is proposed to the problem of data consistency checking and estimation of alternative probabilities. The approach is based on conversion of stochastic preferences cycle into a fragment of knowledge in algebraic Bayesian network and subsequent probabilistic-logic decision. The proposed approach may be used in development of decision-making system support.
Keywords: Bayesian networks, stochastic preferences, decision making, probabilistic semantics, uncertain knowledge models, probabilistic-logic inference.
