Abstract. An approach is proposed to estimation of intensity of work of a computer operator. The approach is based on application of an automated questionnaire. Requirements imposed upon such a questionnaire are discussed; a variant of the questionnaire is suggested which consists of special images demonstrated to operator under examination. Influence of time interval between the tests is investigated.
