Abstract. A novel device to be used in specialized hospital aimed at treatment of mass injury of people as a result of extraordinary situation is developed. The biomedical device is designed for pain syndrome relief, shock prevention, quick regeneration of bone and muscular tissue, blood microvessels, etc.
