A METHOD OF COMPUTER-AIDED DESIGN OF AIRBORNE HARDWARE Gatchin Yuri A, Boris Vidin, Zharinov Igor Olegovich, Zharinov Oleg O
5
A computer-aided method for airborne radio-electronic equipment is proposed. The method is aimed at ensuring a practical correspondence of designed object to technical requirements.
CONSTRUCTION OF FINITE GROUPS OF VECTORS FOR SYNTHESIS OF DIGITAL SIGNATURE ALGORITHMS Гортинская Л. В., Eugenia S. Dernova, Dmitry N. Moldovyan, Pieter A. Moldovyanu
11
The problem is analyzed of construction of commutative and noncommutative groups of m-dimensional vectors, the groups containing high-size subgroups of prime orders. Application of the groups to synthesis of digital signature algorithms is considered.

COMPUTING TECHNIQUE

17
New methods are proposed for representation of bi-symmetric Boolean functions by means of fundamental and polynomial-homogeneous symmetric Boolean functions. Effective logical circuits realizing bi-symmetric Boolean functions of four and five variables are described.
25
A mathematical model is proposed for analysis of two- and multi-level pulse sequences at a finite automaton output, the automaton being designed in the form of a sum accumulator or a pulse counter. With the use of functions of integer-valued argument, compact analytical expressions are obtained for temporal and spectral domain description of pulse sequences at the finite automaton output.
30
A minimal lengthening criterion is proposed for the choice of pseudo-random code scale with several informational code tracks for linear translation converters. An example of the criterion application is presented.

FINE MECHANICS DEVICES

36
A mathematical model for tribologic interaction is proposed. Variants of dry-friction interaction of objects are analyzed. Results of numerical calculations are presented in a graphic form.
41
An analysis is performed of spectral characteristic of forces responsible for ball bearing vibration due to defects of its elements and inhomogeniety in physical-mechanical properties of materials.

ELECTRONIC AND ELECTROMAGNETIC DEVICES

44
It is shown mathematically that for univalent restoration of continuous signals by its counts it is necessary for sampling frequency to exceed doubled maximal frequency in the signal spectrum.
MICROWAVE POWER PULSE GENERATOR MODULE Alexander A. Titov, Vladimir P. Pushkarev, Boris I. Avdochenko
47
A description is given of a microwave generator module on the base of Gunn diode 3А762А with the output power of no less than 36 W, frequency operation range of 8—11 GHz, and dimensions of 46×42×36 mm. Schematic diagram of control pulse limiter and exciter is presented. Peculiarities of the module design and methods of adjustment are described.
53
Requirements are formulated for input device of a quantum computer with electrons in coupled waveguides as basic elements. Schematic diagram of the module is designed on the base of the problem of initial state generator for the computer. Equations are derived and numerical modeling is carried out for an actual realization of the model with the use of one-dimensional limited parabolic potential well.

OPTICAL AND OPTO-ELECTRONIC INSTRUMENTS AND SYSTEMS

57
Speculation is presented concerning peculiarities of optical-electronic systems with mosaic structure of angular field in which fields of adjacent channels may overlap.
62
The problem is considered of noise compensation on the base of Wiener—Hopf linear filtering with the use of sampling of signal values and its derivatives in initial and terminal points of interpolation interval. Effectiveness of the method is calculated for a specified noise correlation function. Possibility of noise compensation is confirmed by experiments carried out with a model of laser optical-electronic system. Experimental oscillograms are presented.
67
The possibility is considered of correction of spherical aberration of a single lens by introduction of axial, radial, and spherically concentric inhomogeneity of refractive index. Comparison with results obtained with aspherization of second-order surface is carried out.

HEAT REGIMES AND RELIABILITY OF INSTRUMENTS AND SYSTEMS

73
A method is proposed for measurement of local temperature in inhomogeneous flow. The method is based on dependence of mean amplitude of temperature fluctuations at the flow interface on mean temperature difference. Theoretical background is developed, results of confirmatory experiments are presented.

BRIEF NOTES

PREREQUISITES FOR DEVELOPMENT OF EXPERT SYSTEM FOR LENS COMPOSITIONS Anitropov Roman V, Livshits Irina Leonidovna, Dmitry V. Svistchuk
77
A multi-level classification is developed for lenses and lens elements. The classification is considered as a precondition for creation of an expert system for lens compositions on the base of generalization and formalization of experience of specialists in optics. Employment of the system by novice users is suggested to help practical training in lens design.
STRUCTURE OF MULTICHANNEL DISPERSED OPTICAL-ELECTRONIC SYSTEMS Alexey A. Gorbachev , Gorbunova Elena V., Korotaev Valery Viktorovich
79
Variants of structure of multichannel dispersed optical-electronic system are considered. Peculiarities of construction of passive and active, single- and multilevel multichannel dispersed optical-electronic systems are discussed.
INDUSTRIAL OPTICAL-ELECTRONIC COLOR VISION SYSTEMS Gorbunova Elena V., Жуков Д. В., Chertov Alexander N.
80
Consideration is given to design features of optical-electronic technical vision systems able to recognize object by its color. Proposed design of such a system is shown to exceed analogs in a number of key parameters.
