ALGORITHMIZATION OF SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNICAL TEXTS PROCESSING Arkady V. Zharkovsky, Alexander A. Lyamkin, Sergey A. Trevgoda
3
Algorithms designed for automation processing of scientific and technical texts processing are considered. A criterion of text structure correctness is proposed, characteristics and restrictions on correct text structure are formalized. The structure of automation system for scientific and technical texts referring is presented.
7
A method is proposed for planning of operation of a group of radio telescopes in a radiointeferometric experiment with extra-long bases. The method reduces the planning problem to a discreet optimization problem. NP-completeness of the problem is demonstrated, and an evolution method is proposed for the problem solving.

COMPUTING TECHNIQUE

13
On the base of mathematical models of aggregating and decimation of events flow, equations are derived for equilibrium flows described by the two first moments of time distribution between the events. The equations allows for decomposition of network models into separate units and calculation of the units characteristics.
22
A mathematical apparatus is proposed for analysis of network structure properties. The apparatus essential is a network model based on cubic complex algebra. The apparatus makes it possible to propose an effective procedure for determination of a full set of simple circuits in double-pole networks of complex structure

FINE MECHANICS DEVICES

31
A comparative analysis of wavelet transformation methods in vibration diagnostics problems is carried out.
34
A method is demonstrated for prognosis of intervals between verification and calibration tests of measuring means with the account for their metrological robustness. The method makes it possible to assure nofailure operation of instrument exploitation and may be used as a basis for standardization of measuring means verification.

ELECTRONIC AND ELECTROMAGNETIC DEVICES

DEVELOPMENT OF CURRENT DENSITY DISTRIBUTION IN IONOSPHERE UNDER HIGHFREQUENCY RADIATION Grishentsev Alexey Yu., Korobeynikov Anatoliy Grigorievich
41
A model is proposed for volume distribution of current density in ionosphere under high-frequency radiation at transient processes and in steady-state regimes. The model is designed for solving both direct and inverse problems. Methods of digital solution and calculation of model parameters are considered.
47
Integro-differentiative filter with weighted summation of intermediate sums of input signal counts is considered. The proposed algorithm of filtration by statistical characteristics is shown to be as good as known algorithms and to demonstrate significantly higher calculation effectiveness.
ONE-ELEMENT THERMODETECTOR Vladimir A. Golovkov, Sergey V. Solk
51
Simple one-element thermodetectors for biological objects detection against a natural background are considered. Principles of design of such detectors are analyzed. Thermoelements are proposed for employment as photo receivers to avoid mechanical or manual scanning of thermal target. Method of calculation of detection range for various biological objects (e.g., human) is presented. Elements specifications for optical and electronic components of the thermodetector are formulated.

OPTICAL AND OPTO-ELECTRONIC INSTRUMENTS AND SYSTEMS

55
An example is considered of information model realization for a multi-configurational optical system. The model is realized as a database of construction parameters and other information necessary for modeling. A user’s application provided for the model employment allows for data import and export between different computeraided design systems.
61
A method, software, and algorithm structure is proposed for computer modeling of night vision instrument operation at arbitrary polarized light.

HEAT REGIMES AND RELIABILITY OF INSTRUMENTS AND SYSTEMS

EFFECTS OF SOLAR HEAT IRREGULARITY ON STABILITY OF GEOMETRIC PARAMETERS OF CALIBRATION SPHERICAL GRID REFLECTOR Konstantin I. Dragunov, Олексенко И. А., Efim N. Filin, Nicolay P. Chernetsky, Vladimir I. Shustov
66
The effects are investigated of solar heat irregularity on shape distortion of grid reflector used as a calibration object for RADAR means testing. The proposed approach to the problem is based on application of finite element method. Results of numerical study are presented.
