Results of researches of a new method (a method of the coordinated phase coding with small change of frequency) constructions of contactless passive gauges on superficial acoustic waves on the basis of dispersive lines of a delay and phase modulation are resulted. The suboptimum kind of the law of change of the phase, providing high sensitivity to deformation piezoelectric plate is defined. The offered approach provides high noise immunity, accuracy of contactless measurements at the increased radius of action. Physical restrictions on realization of the offered methods are considered.

Consideration is given to the control system for small-sized remote-piloted aircraft (RPA) developed at the Center of technology for Unmanned Aviation of SUAI for the period from 2003 to 2009. Simplified control system RPA by TV picture is shown. Consideration is given to the principles for development of automatic control system (ACS). Description is given of the two ACS for a small-sized RPA.

APPLICATION OF ROBUST SYNTHESIS METHODOLOGY FOR SOUNDING ROCKET
ATTITUDE STABILIZATION

In this paper, the application of robust methodology for attitude stabilization of a sounding rocket is addressed. The unknown uncertainties are bounded and estimated. Stabilizing controller based on H-infinity optimisation and μ synthesis and analysis methods is designed while estimating the uncertainty model. The stability and performance levels of the control system are investigated at each estimate using computer simulation.

The questions connected with creation of the semi-natural bench, the plane simulating spatial land movement are considered. Function charts of a small contour of control - systems anti-sliding automatics - and the big contour of control - the plane as a whole are resulted. All basic forces and the moments operating on it at landing (take-of) are considered.

The new method of a nonparametric adaptive optimum filtration of the discrete signal observed against additive, generally, of the correlated hindrance of measurement is considered. It is supposed that the measurement model is linear, the signal and a hindrance are not correlated. As the aprioristic information matrixes of the moments of the second order of a vector of a hindrance and measurement model, and also approximate value of an interval quasi-stationary a signal are used.

A method of relative navigation of space vehicles with a single frequency GPS receiver is described, the results of the experimental data processing are given.The performance of the method of calculation of space vehicles relative position is verified with GPS data from GRACE project. The results of the data processing show a sufficient quality of relative navigation for bases less than 10 km, with percentage of true estimates exceeding 99,5 %.
