INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES AND SYSTEMS

5
An approach to the problem of information system protectability assessment is developed as an outgrowth of the method proposed by the authors earlier. The new approach is based on development of trees of socioengineering attacks. The concepts of model and construction related to the possibility of account for socioengineering attacks are introduced
10
Methods of measuring information processing in stereoscopic system for the control over object spatial displacements are considered. Possibility of using perturbation theory for estimation of systematic and accidental errors in stereoscopic measuring system is justified.
17
An investigation on efficiency of fractal compression methods as applied to microscopic images of blood cells is carried out. The efficiency estimation is performed on the base of minimal description length principle, which made it possible to merge particular criteria of compression ratio and data loss. Fractal representations for the images under consideration are shown to be less effective than other types of image compression.

DEVICES AND SYSTEMS OF AUTOMATIC CONTROL

ROBUST CONTROL OVER A LINEAR OBJECT OF PURE DELAY WITH THE USE OF QUADRATIC METHODS OF SYSTEM SYNTHESIS Olga A. Remizova, Irina V. Rudakova, Vladislav V. Syrokvashin, Alexander L. Fokin
22
Synthesis of a robust controller for an object of pure delay is performed for expanded object model. The model is derived as a result of compulsory separation of the object motions and solution for the problem of Н2- optimal control and analytical design of optimal controllers for objects of pure delay.
CONTROL OVER LOAD MOVEMENT BY BRIDGE CRANE USING THE METHOD OF INVERSE PROBLEM OF DYNAMICS Sergey A. Kabanov, Eugeny N. Nikulin, Boris E. Yakushev, Darya B. Yakusheva
30
The problem of control over cargo shifting by means of overhead type crane is analyzed with the use of the method of inverse problems of dynamics. The results of numerical simulations are presented.

COMPUTING TECHNIQUE

34
Dual numbers algebra is formulated as formalism for automatic differentiation of function determined by its program code. Specific characteristics of dual numbers necessary for this application are presented
APPLICATION OF STIMULATED ELECTRO-PHOTON EMISSION TO ANALYSIS OF LIQUIDS Konstantin Korotkov, Dmitry Orlov, Velichko Elena Nikolaevna
40
Computerized system for evaluation of parameters of liquids, based on recording and computer processing of stimulated electro-photon emission from the liquid surface known as Gas Discharge Visualization (GDV) technique has been developed. High sensitivity of the method is demonstrated for various liquids such as water, blood, saliva, microbiological cultures, and oils. Hypothesis is proposed that GDV parameters are determined by the structure of clusters at the liquid surface.

FINE MECHANICS DEVICES

APPROACH TO THE AUTOMATED UNCERTAINTY ESTIMATION OF DIMENSIONAL MEASUREMENTS Karina Weissensee, Gerhard Linss, Polte Galina A
47
An approach to the problem of automated uncertainty estimation of dimensional measurements with digital image processing is presented. The proposed method does not require any extensive supplemental experiments. Aprobation oft he method is carried out with measurements of industrial objects with mean percental deviation of 5 % from empirically estimated values.

ELECTRONIC AND ELECTROMAGNETIC DEVICES

NEURO-FUZZY VOLTAGE CONTROLLER FOR THE OBJECT OF MANAGEMENT Yury N. Khizhnyakov, Alexander A. Yuzhakov
51
Neuro-fuzzy voltage controller for the object of management (brushless synchronous generator with damping coil) is described. The controller combines advantages of fuzzy controller and neural network on adaptive neurons. Description of three-level neural network of adaptive voltage controller defuzzifier is included.
57
Theoretical basis for synthesis of coordinating control over operation of local energy grid using wind power plants is considered. The control system provides a group management of active and reactive power through coordinated redistribution of load between the given set of generating units.

OPTICAL AND OPTO-ELECTRONIC INSTRUMENTS AND SYSTEMS

61
The process of periodical structure formation at UV-curing monomer compositions and nanocomposites with self-organization effects by photopolymerization at submicron volume of materials by laser interference lithography method is investigated. Dependence of diffraction characteristics of polymeric periodical structures on material composition, exposure conditions, and post-exposure development is established. Possible mechanisms of self-organization and their connection to chemical composition of materials are considered.
ELECTRODYNAMIC MODEL OF THE NEAR-FIELD HIGH FREQUENCY METHOD OF PHYSICAL OBJECTS PROBING Anatoly A. Sorokin, Baloshin Yury A. , Alexander Volchenko
68
An electrodynamic model near-field high frequency method of physical objects probing is considered for the case of organic and inorganic solutions in distilled water. Signal from the object surface is shown to contain information on the bulk physical objects and inside processes. The information signal is described for the most part by the dielectric conductivity of the physical object

HEAT REGIMES AND RELIABILITY OF INSTRUMENTS AND SYSTEMS

NONSTATIONARY THERMAL MEASUREMENTS OF BUILDING ENVELOPE Pilipenko Nikolay V., Гладских Д. А.
74
A promising method for restoring of nonstationary heat flux through QA of various buildings and facilities is presented. The main advantage of the nonstationary method is a relatively low time necessary for its implementation in practice (less than one workday).

BRIEF NOTES

STUDIES OF FLUORIDE NANOCERAMICS Tkalich Vera L., Dukelskiy Konstantin V
78
Properties of fluoride nanoceramics are experimentally investigated, and recommendations concerning application of the materials are formulated
APPLICATION OF PROTECTIVE ANTIREFLECTION COATING ON SEMICONDUCTOR HETEROSTRUCTURE IN THE UVА RANGE Ermolaev Vladimir S., Valery M. Volynkin, Dmitry S. Kovalev, Papchenko Boris P.
79
The possibility of applying a protective antireflective coating on semiconductor heterostructure surface in the UVА range is examined. It is shown that a specially prepared solution based on standard epoxy-54 EC makes it possible to obtain layers without a significant change in the volume (less than 1 %), as well as reduce losses of radiation generated by the semiconductor structure by 11 %.
80
Possibilities of estimation of coordinates of reference marks image om matrix receiver in red and blue spectral bands are considered. The receiver is constructed according to the Bayer filter mosaic
