INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES AND SYSTEMS

5
The Gramian-based approach is used for estimation of energy consumption for management at reproduction of polynomial exogenous actions by the synthesized system. The problem is known to possess a transparent solution for initial state of the action source in the form of the majorant or minorant of the management costs as a function of modes distribution.
11
Synthesis of optimal algorithm for non-Gaussian narrow-band signal detection in background noise is considered. Statistical characteristics of the signal are analyzed.
19
The problem of employment of expandable system-wide thesaurus as the basis of high-level user interface of an information system of distributed semantic retrieval information system is considered. An inquiry formation technology based on supplement of the query with most significant concepts and characteristics of close meaning is developed.
ALGORITHMS OF PATTERN OF SAR IMAGES OF THE EARTH SURFACE WITH THE USE OF GLONASS SIGNALS Vladimir S. Bakholdin, Denis A. Gavrilov , Andrey V. Shaldaev
24
Algorithms for image pattern in multiple-position SAR system are discussed. Joint-correlation processing of radar image and direct signal of GLONASS satellites constellation are considered.

DEVICES AND SYSTEMS OF AUTOMATIC CONTROL

30
Results of a study of variation of surface roughness under sliding friction are presented.
34
A method for creation of regular micro-relief with the use of computer numerical control (CNC) machine tool is considered. Dependence of the tool movement on initial characteristics of the surface under processing is determined. Software for development and correction of operating programs for CNC machine tool is presented.

ELECTRONIC AND ELECTROMAGNETIC DEVICES

39
A limiting continuous model of three-phase closed-loop current controller is considered. It is shown that in the case of synchronous driver, a simplified closed-loop current model may be used; the current controller parameters are to be chosen with the account for its pulse-width modulation properties.
METHOD OF OPTIMIZATION OF PARAMETERS OF LOG-PERIODIC AND CONIC LOGSPIRAL AERIALS FOR PASSIVE RADAR REFLECTORS Viktor M. Gusakov , Alexey V. Mikhailovsky , Sergey E. Shaldaev, Viktor M. Shkil
47
Algorithms are developed for calculation of characteristics of log-periodic and conic log-spiral aerials used in passive radar reflectors for imitation of low-sized targets. The proposed approach is based on the theory of frequency-independent aerials.
MODELING OF NAVIGATION PARAMETERS MEASUREMENT WITH SHORT-WAVE RADAR SYSTEMS OF SPATIAL WAVE Timothy O. Myslivtsev, Viktor M. Gusakov , Andrey P. Aleoshkin
54
The problems of simulation of measurement of navigation parameters with short-wave radar-tracking system of a spatial wave are considered. A method of track calculations and correctable models of the ionosphere are proposed for exact description of relation between the space of measurement data and the space of radartracking object state. The methods of empirical optimization are shown to provide an effective means for determination of vector of measurements.
62
Analysis of spectral parameters of Doppler signal reflected by moving extensive object is carried out. The width of the spectrum is shown do be determined mainly by the object acceleration: the greater is the acceleration, the wider is the Doppler signal spectrum.

OPTICAL AND OPTO-ELECTRONIC INSTRUMENTS AND SYSTEMS

67
A method of temperature measurement with an optical three-spectral pyrometer under the influence of thermal radiation of a background is proposed. Description of the method is presented, the pyrometer model and test results are described.
TUNABLE ACOUSTO-OPTICAL FILTER ON THE BASE OF PARATELLURITE CRYSTAL Alexander I. Kolesnikov, Ivan A. Kaplunov , Vladimir Ya. Molchanov , Svetlana E. Ilyashenko , Rostislav M. Grechishkin
73
Specific features of design and operation of acousto-optical filters on the base of paratellurite TeO2 crystals are studied. High-aperture singular and double filters designed as headpieces for standard optical microscopes are described.
78
Asymptotic calculation of electromagnetic field of a plane wave reflected by a stratified dielectric medium with continuous dependence of dielectric permeability on the depth is carried out. Formulas for module of the reflection coefficient are derived with the use of the phase integral method.

84
The structure of a new quasi-distributed fiber-optic temperature sensor intended for in-situ thermometry at extraction of high-viscosity oil is presented. The principle of the sensor operation is based on registration of recirculating frequency of single pulses with their periodic regeneration at various wavelengths.
