COMPLEXITY AND EFFICIENCY OF INFORMATION NETWORKS
Ivan Yu. Paramonov , Vladimir A. Smagin
5
Efficiency-related features of information network are considered. The concept of efficiency is refined. Volume of information work carried out by a network is proposed for a numeric characteristic of the network efficiency. An important property of a network - interaction between its components is analyzed. A model is proposed for calculation of probability of executed work volume for simple and complex network structure. Information efficiency of a network is shown to increase considerably when the network complexity grows. Recommendations for practical use of the results are formulated.

INVERSE Z-TRANSFORM IN IDENTIFICATION OF DISCRETE SYSTEMS WITH DELAY
Rais D. Akhmetsafin, Rimma Z. Akhmetsafina
15
An algorithm for current identification of discrete system with variable delay is proposed. The system under consideration is supposed to consist of ideal pulse element, zero-order extrapolator, and linear continuous component. The algorithm is employs assessment of the delay parameter for a grid function (the fractional part of the delay parameter value) in modified inverse Z-transform based on condition of zero value of continuous component transient in the delay point.
REDUCTION OF FEATURE DESCRIPTION DIMENSIONALITY IN THE PROBLEM OF OBJECT DETECTION IN IMAGES
Pavel Druzhkov
25
A modification of sliding-window algorithm for object detection based on feature selection with the use of decision trees ensemble is proposed. Reduction in detection time without a loss in quality is demonstrated by the example of digital simulation of HOG-features in the problem of pedestrian detection.

AUTONOMOUS METHOD FOR ESTIMATION OF ORBITAL PARAMETERS AND SPACECRAFT ORIENTATION IN THE ABSENCE OF A PRIORI INFORMATION
Danilova Tamara V.
30
A method for estimation of orbit elements and spacecraft (SC) orientation parameters relative to a moving orbital coordinate system is proposed. The method is based on analysis of spacecraft axes hodograph formed with the use of astronomic measurements carried out with an optical-electronic device rigidly fixed on the SC body at known angles.
