CLUSTER NUMBER ESTIMATION PROBLEM IN PARTITION METHO Елизаров С. И., Куприянов М. С.
3
The problem of cluster number estimation in analyzed set partition methods is considered. The set of wellknown criteria designed for centroid methods are discussed: partition coefficient, partition entropy, and partition efficiency. Two new criteria are proposed: modified partition coefficient (for centroid methods) and partition quality (for non-centroid method).
8
The problem of creation of a common informational resource of corporate network in social organizationaltechnical system is considered. Definition of common informational resource is given, and the resource core and composition structure are described. Function of the common resource is formulated, and technological basis of the resource, lines and the order of steps in its formation are discussed.
MEDICAL DATA-MEASURING SYSTEM FOR FUNCTIONAL DIAGNOSTICS Sergey F. Svinyin, Ludmila E. Khaymina, Ekaterina A. Latukhina , Popov Anton I
11
A portable medical data-measuring system (MDMS) designed for functional diagnostics of organs of human gastrointestinal tract is considered. Mathematical methods applied for processing of electrogastrogram, including wavelet signal analysis are described. It is emphasized that the relatively low-cost system provides a non-invasive examination and makes it possible to obtain operatively numerical values of medical indices; it is applicable also for analysis of nonstationary processes.

DEVICES AND SYSTEMS OF AUTOMATIC CONTROL

17
Program realization of the problem of tolerances estimation of tolerances on elements of automated control system is considered. The problem reduces to calculation of upper and low limits for coefficients of interval polynomial attendant with a given Hurwitz characteristic polynomial describing a closed-loop control system with a regulator. Solution to the problem is obtained with the use of Hermite – Biller polynomials and Vieta formulas in an alternative form.
21
The problem of optimal control over a flying vehicle regarded as a hard body is considered. Flying object dynamics is described by Euler and Poisson equations. The optimal solution to the problem is obtained on the base of Pontriagin principle with Lagrange criterion as a goal functional.

COMPUTING TECHNIQUE

AN INTELLECTUAL AGENT FOR SEMANTIC WEB Bessmertny Igor Alexandrovich
26
The paper describes a problem of knowledge retrieval from Semantic Web and implementation the universal intellectual agent for Semantic Web. Some requirements and principles of intellectual agent are discussed and approaches to shrink combinatorial complexity of retrieval task are proposed.
A METHOD TO REVEAL UNDECLARED PERFORMANCE CAPABILITIES AND VALUES “DON’T CARE” OF A CALCULATION PROCEDURE Nemolochnov Oleg F., Anatoly Zykov, Кулагин В. С., Leonid Osovetsky, Vladimir I. Polyakov, Suhanov A V
32
Verification of calculation processes based on graph-analytic models governed by partially determined Boolean functions is considered. The problem is analyzed of retrieval of undeclared capabilities and open-circuits resulting from don`t care values with the use of Boolean control graph and cubical covering. Results are presented of cover construction for a Boolean graph and verification of don`t care values in the form of a cover for conjunction of identically zero relations-inequalities.

ELECTRONIC AND ELECTROMAGNETIC D

40
A new algorithm of parametrical identification of electromechanical system with known structure is proposed. A generalized mathematical model of the electromechanical system is constructed which allows for identification of partially observable systems based on test results perturbed by noise.
TECHNIQUE FOR MEASURING THE TIME CONSTANT OF ELECTRIC DRIVE Alexander I. Ankudinov, Konstantin A. Ankudinov, Nikolai S. Akinshin, Oleg A. Glagolev, Aleksey V. Emelyanov, Vladimir V. Manuilov
43
A method is proposed for estimation of electromechanical time constant of an electric drive with the use of mathematical analysis of physical processes in the drive starting mode. The method is based on a one-to-one correspondence between the time for which reaction of non-periodic component reaches its extremum, and time constants of the electric drive and its non-periodic component. A special device realizing the developed method for a DC electric drive is described.
CIRCULAR GENERATOR ON PROGRAMMABLE LOGICAL INTEGRATED CHIP Aleksey V. Medvedev, Valery A. Chulkov
50
Principles of construction and design features of circular pulsed generators on the base of programmable logical integrated chip are considered. Technological scattering of pulse repetition rate for the generators is estimated, thermal stability and sensitivity of the rate to variations of supplied power are evaluated.

OPTICAL AND OPTO-ELECTRONIC INSTRUMENTS AND SYSTE

54
A description is given for a spherically symmetric distribution of refractive index in both spherical and Cartesian coordinate systems. Transformation of polynomial radial dependence of refractive index into Cartesian coordinate system is shown to enable calculations of aberration coefficients and computer modeling of optical elements with spherically symmetric gradient of refraction index.
61
Application of integrated criteria of efficiency in lasers development and exploitation is considered. Laser beam intensity in the far-field region is proposed as one of the criteria. Practical examples of laser system optimization with the use of this criterion of efficiency are presented: structural-parametric optimization of unstable resonator for a high-power gas-dynamic laser and choice of optimal operating conditions for a pulsed solid-state laser.
ELECTRO-OPTICAL MODULATOR FOR FIBER OPTIC COMMUNICATION LINE Polina S. Lopatina, Viktor V. Krishtop
67
Electro-optical properties of lithium niobate crystal are studied experimentally. The experimental set-up includes an electro-optical modulator based on Pockels effect. The modulator characteristics are examined with the use of conoscopic figures; basic characteristics for wavelengths of 0,85 and 1,3 μm are presented.
