ADAPTATION OF PARAMETERS OF GENETIC ALGORITHM FOR COMPLEX FUNCTION OPTIMIZATION Igor B. Bondarenko , Ekaterina A. Kalyaeva, Кокшаров Д. Н.
5
The influence of parameters of the developed genetic algorithm for optimization process for complex functions is investigated. The interrelation of parameters is shown by search of a global extremum of complex function. Recommendations are formulated on application of the genetic algorithms to the problems in question.
10
Application of continuous wavelet transform algorithm in technical vision system is considered. Capabilities of various measurement algorithms are analyzed in conditions of non-homogeneous illumination and blur of the image. A method is presented to improve linear size measurement in the image based on application of continuous wavelet transform for image border detection.
15
It is shown that with arbitrary sampling of discrete values of signal (for example, with the use of randomnumber generator in computer modeling), inverse transformations under Goldman formulas are generally incorrect, that is, inverse transformation does not give exact values of the initial signal. New formulas presented here give a correct result.

DEVICES AND SYSTEMS OF AUTOMATIC CONTROL

22
The problem of subinvariant control over output of a priory parametrically, functionally, and structurally indefinite dynamic object. The proposed algorithm ensures the output signal to follow a referent signal with a prescribed accuracy. Numerical examples are presented to demonstrate efficiency of the scheme.
28
An algorithm of self-adjustment of pendulous compensating accelerometer is examined. Auto-oscillation operation mode of the accelerometer is shown to enable reduction of the mean-square error of apparent acceleration measurement in the presence of high-frequency periodic vibrations with a priori unknown parameters.

COMPUTING TECHNIQUE

34
FFT algorithms arranged on a RISC-platform are considered. It is shown that radix-2 FFT algorithm optimized for speed has the lowest complexity measured in processor cycles.
DEVELOPMENT OF INTERVAL RISK ESTIMATION SYSTEM Vladimir M. Shishkin, Sergey V. Savkov
38
Consideration of existing risk analysis systems reveals their common shortcomings. A new system is presented which is free of the above disadvantage. The developed method allows to get interval estimation of risks using heterogeneous initial information. A parallel realization of the developed system is described.
44
The inverse spectroscopy problem (restoration of the true spectrum from a measured spectrum with a known instrument function of the spectrometer by solving the first-kind Fredholm integral equation) is considered. Tikhonov regularization method is used to obtain a stable numerical solution to the being ill-posed problem equation, and the regularization parameter is chosen on the base of solutions for referent model problems. Numerical examples are presented.
52
A mathematical model is developed for analysis and calculation of spectra of two- and multi-level oscillations with uniform and non-uniform phase sampling, as well as multi-level oscillations with finite accuracy of approximation points sampling. Analitical expressions are derived for spectra of oscillation with various envelopes.

ELECTRONIC AND ELECTROMAGNETIC DEVICES

58
A method is proposed to determine a tolerance on demodulator parameters in digital communication systems with quadrature amplitude-phase modulation. An expression is presented which relates the phase shift angle of carrier oscillations in quadrature channels of the demodulator with the error probability.
64
The problems of development and optimization of characteristics of geometrically similar magnetoinductive converters used in thickness meters for protective coatings on ferromagnetic substrates are considered. Model calculations of technical specifications are presented for several variants of optimal converters.
70
Conceptual model of an automated system for management and control over multilayer oilfield development is presented; basic functions of the system are described. Several problems of measuring system design are considered.

OPTICAL AND OPTO-ELECTRONIC INSTRUMENTS AND SYSTEMS

75
In 400—900 nm spectral range, the secondary chromatic aberrations of a lens system consisting of a combination of "usual" glasses increase by a factor of 7.5 as compared with 480—643,8 nm range. It is shown that essential reduction of the secondary spectrum is achieved in three-lens systems with the use of at least one “special” glass.
ANALYSIS OF ERRORS IN MEASUREMENT OF LIGHT WAVE VECTOR CHARACTERISTICS BY INTERFERENCE POLARIMETRY METHOD Viktor A. Trofimov, Prokopenko Victor T., Nagibin Yuri T., Maxim Aleksandrov
78
Mathematical description of two coherent light beams interaction in an interference polarimeter is presented. Optical schematic of interference polarimeter with dual-frequency laser radiation source is described. An analysis of errors in measurement of light wave ellipsometry parameters is carried out. The results make it possible to develop the interference polarimeter hardware in such a way as to minimize the errors in question.

BRIEF NOTES

82
A software environment applicable for removal of collimation distortions in X-ray small-angle scattering from anisotropic objects is proposed. The main stages of the software environment construction are described, several cases of practical interest are considered.
COORDINATE-TEMPORAL MODEL OF SPACE SCANNER IMAGE FORMATION WITH CCD MATRIX LINE Vladimir G. Andronov, Sergey V. Degtyarev, Yury N. Volobuev, Ivan A. Klochkov
83
Registration of space scanner image by CCD matrix is considered. The process of formation of geometrical and photometrical structure of the image is analyzed for the case of CCD lines arranged in a checkerboard pattern in the focal plane of the scanner device. Coordinate and temporal dependences are derived to describe functional relationship between pixel number of digital space scanner image and topographic parameters of opto-electronic converter elements.
