19
Functional photogrammetric relations between elements of geometric structure of space images and Greenwich coordinates of the corresponding points of the earth surface are obtained on the base of analysis of dynamics and characteristics of space images in panoramic survey modes with scanning head mirror.

COMPUTING TECHNIQUE

The protocols for software tasks access to joint resources are considered. А comparison is carried out of properties of such protocols in systems with single-core and multi-core processors. It is shown that some protocol properties, which are true for the systems with single-core processors, become invalid for the systems with multi-core processors. Both versions of the priority ceiling protocol prevent mutual blocking of tasks in systems with single-core processors, but stack-optimized version of the protocol loses this valuable property in systems with multi-core processors. Both versions of the protocol prevent composite blocking of tasks for single-core processors, but lose this property for multi-core processors.
DIGITAL MODELING OF LIDAR SYSTEMS Demin Anatoly V., Yulia Yu. Gatchina, Sergey I. Zhukov

A digital model is proposed for estimation of power transfer coefficient for simulation of laser radiation propagation along the pass “atmosphere – water surface – atmosphere” by the Monte-Carlo method. Results of simulation are presented.
OPTICAL FUZZY-LOGIC DEVICES Mikhail A. Alles, Sergey V. Sokolov, Sergey M. Kovalev

One of the actual problems in the field of development of fuzzy logic devices and systems – hardware realization fuzzy information systems is concerned. Disadvantages of microprocessor devices for fuzzy information processing are considered. Application perspectives of fuzzy logic devices based on space-distributed optical technologies of information processing are discussed, an example of hardware implementation – optical fuzzyfication device is described. The main advantages of the use of optical fuzzy logic information processing devices are analyzed.

FINE MECHANICS DEVICES

39
Dynamic equations of manometric tubular spring are derived and a method for estimation of fundamental vibration frequencies is proposed. Manometric spring is considered as a bent bar executing vibrations in the plane of central axis curvature. Dependences of fundamental vibration frequency of tubular spring on geometrical parameters are obtained in numerical experiments.

The causes of the hydrodynamic sliding bearing wear are described and methods of the bearing reliability improvement are considered. Description of the bearing with improved reliability is presented, analysis of lubrication film characteristics in sliding bearing is performed. A mathematical model of the bearing with enhanced reliability is developed.
48
The problem of technological maintenance of tests of starting arrangements of small-sized unmanned underwater vehicles in the conditions of industrial premises is considered. A design is proposed of a braking device for a specialized hydrodynamic test desk.

ELECTRONIC AND ELECTROMAGNETIC DEVICES

53
The problem of optimal choice of discretization period for continuous complex and real signals with a limited spectrum is studied. It is shown that for single-valued reconstruction of a continuous complex signal from its samples it is necessary for the sampling rate to be no less than twice the highest frequency in the signal spectrum. At the same time, for a real signal, the sampling rate must be greater than twice the highest frequency in the signal spectrum.
57
Two approaches to stereophonic signals encoding allowing for high quality stereo signal with low bit costs are considered. The first approach is useful in the case of low bit rates, but sometimes does not allow for a perfect signal reconstruction. The second one is more bits expensive but makes it possible to obtain perfect quality.
62
A device is described which allows for various studies of electromagnetic field along the rectangular waveguide transmission line by measuring temperature distribution on a part of its wide wall.

A method is presented for determination of spherical aberration of various germanium lenses in IR. The spherical aberration value is evaluated on the base of data on spatial-angular structure of second optical harmonic.
DETERMINATION OF OPTICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF LASER HARDWARE ELEMENTS BY INTRACAVITY LOSS METHOD Polina S. Belomutskaya, Tatyana Danilova, Khramtsovsky Igor Anatolievich
73
A three-mirror scheme is proposed for measurement of optical losses of radiation in intracavity elements of ion lasers. Peculiarities of loss measurement in optical elements with the use of mirror of controlled reflectance and by calibrated loss method are considered. Results of ellipsometric measurements of variations in polarization properties of optical element during the surface finishing are compared with data obtained with the use of intracavity loss method.
79
A goniometrical device for investigation of angle dependences of photovoltage response of conductive films is presented. This device allows for variation of laser beam incidence angle and rotate the film under investigation relative to normal to its surface without displacement of laser action area on the film surface.
