INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES AND SYSTEMS

VOLUMETRIC INFORMATION NETWORK AND ITS PROPERTIES Ivan Yu. Paramonov , Vladimir A. Smagin
5
Information network in the shape of a cube with information processing units in its corners connected by constant probabilistic links is considered. Information work performed by the network is estimated via the probability distribution density function. Advantages of the volumetric network over flat-topology network are analyzed. A probabilistic model for external effects on the network units is proposed, an example of model-based estimate of work quantity is presented for the case when the first unit of the network is under influence.
MULTIPLE BINOMIAL STRUCTURES IN THE PROBLEM OF APPROXIMATION OF DYNAMIC CIRCUIT WITH A PURE DELAY UNIT Dudarenko Natalya Alexandrovna, Polinova Nina Alexandrovna, Serzhantova Maya V, Ushakov Anatoly Vladimirovich
12
The problem of approximation of dynamic circuit with a pure delay unit is considered. The proposed solution is based on application of multiple binomial structures in the problem of dynamic circuit approximation. The problem is analyzed in a class of approximation procedures in a function space.

DEVICES AND SYSTEMS OF AUTOMATIC CONTROL

18
Widespread Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) group controlling strategies are considered. The problem of planning actions for UAV as a part of group task with given restrictions is formulated. The optimality criterion for decision estimation is suggested.
MODIFICATION OF BALLISTIC STRUCTURE OF ORBITAL CONSTELLATION OF SPACECRAFT ON THE BASE OF THE OPTIMAL CONTROL PRINCIPLE Nikolay F. Averkiev, Vyacheslav V. Salov, Aleksander T. Zhatkin, Vyacheslav V. Kiselev
23
The problem of synthesis of a ballistic structure of orbital constellation of spacecraft is considered as a problem of optimal control over a dynamic system. The problem is formalized and reduced to the traditional formulation of the problem of optimal control over a dynamical system with a free right end, the methods for solving the later problem being known.
26
The technique of joint optimization of parameters of the adaptive contour of automatic control system is examined in the case when certain requirements are imposed on the regulation quality. Taking an adaptive loop with a typical transfer function as an example, the frequency characteristics of the closed loop are analyzed. With the use of graphical-analytical method, a relation is derived which makes it possible to choose the optimum gain value under typical requirements on the stability factor.
32
An optimization of automatic system keeping track of power consumption in transformer substations is proposed. The optimization is aimed at development of a simplified scheme for indication of the power mains state and improvement in the mains reliability without information losses.

COMPUTING TECHNIQUE

NUMERICAL ALGORITHM OF SPECTRAL ANALYSIS OF MEASURING SIGNALS Nuraddin Ya. Mamedov, Namik T. Abdullaev, Gunel S. Agaeva
37
An algorithm of spectral analysis of measuring signals is proposed. In contrast to algorithm of fast Fourier transform, the proposed algorithm allows excluding operations of complex multiplication in calculation of complex Fourier coefficients. Flowchart of hardware realization of the algorithm is presented, time diagram of the device operation is demostrated.
41
A method of control over file access based on manual and automatic marking of the file is proposed. The method excludes the “access objectˮ essence from access policy.

ELECTRONIC AND ELECTROMAGNETIC DEVICES

STATISTICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF SIGNALS AND NOISE IN SHORT-RANGE RADIO DEVICES Vladimir M. Artyushenko , Vladimir I. Volovach, Victor V. Ivanov
46
The problems of analysis of statistical characteristics of signals and noise in short-range radio devices are considered. It is shown that non-Gaussian character of useful signal and noise components are to be taken into account in solution of extended object detection problems and measurement of the object parameters.
51
A way to realize the self-oscillatory operation mode of sensitive element in pendulous accelerometer with the use of a nonlinear unit of “ideal relay” type with a time delay is considered. Gain-phase characteristic of electromechanical component of the accelerometer and hodograph of the nonlinear unit are demonstrated. Necessary conditions for appearance of self-oscillatory mode of sensitive element operation are derived analytically. A block diagram of pendulous accelerometer with a nonlinear unit with delay is presented.

55
Design of two-component liquid systems of variable magnification with refracting and reflecting surfaces are considered. Examples of paraxial-region calculation of such systems with a 9x zoom are presented.
60
Real-valued and integral-valued realizations of the principle of constant color brightness in various ware video encoding platforms are considered. Comparative analysis of integral-valued variants of the principle realization is presented.
OPTICAL GENERATOR OF PULSE SEQUENCES Mikhail A. Alles, Sergey V. Sokolov
64
The problems of development of optical devices for information processing are analyzed. An original optical generator allowing for control over output pulse sequence parameters is presented. The structure and principle of operation of the generator are described.
COMPUTER MODELING OF LED-BASED ILLUMINATING LAMP Alena Yu. Golubeva, Alexander Ivanov, Prokopenko Victor T.
66
A computer model of LED-based illuminating lamp is developed. The model is based on technical parameters of a separate light-emission diode and accounts for design and energetic characteristics of the illumination device. A comparative analysis of the lighting parameters obtained with the computer model and laboratory measured values is carried out.
69

Application of MathCAD program for optical system design based on third-order aberration theory is proposed. As an example, Cooke triplet anastigmatic lens is designed in MathCAD environment with both thirdorder aberrations and first-order chromatic aberrations being controlled. To verify the results obtained with MathCAD, the lens is simulated with the use of a special optical design program, and the data comparison is performed.
