The problems of automation of technological preproduction of articles are analyzed, the state-of-art in technological preproduction is considered. Principles of automation of technological preproduction system are described; the system is treated as a corporative informational system operating in a private cloud and serving a group of related enterprises with the use of multi-agent technology.

Approaches to the problem of ensuring of necessary functional accuracy of a product are considered in the case when elements and construction units of the article are manufactured with significantly lower accuracy. Organization of production processes on the base of information technologies, prediction of variations in technological equipment features, and method of adaptive-selective assembling is proposed.

A possibility of CAD-system application for design of parametric model of workpiece under construction is considered. A program is presented allowing for developing the parametric model in Catia V5 system. A method for transferring the parametric model from CAD into an automated system of design of technological process as a XML-document is proposed. The SVG format is shown to be integrated in XML-document for a vector model of a workpiece.

The problem of structural analysis and synthesis based on systems approach to analysis and formal description of engineering objects and processes are considered in application to design of technological process of automated manufacturing. Synthesis of manufacturing process structure is carried out by the guided search method with gradual detailing and correction of accepted solutions. For pursuing this objective, an estimated functional subordination correlation between the components geometry of the finished product and its state during mechanical treatment is used.

Several design and engineering methods to assure quality index of IR and multi-spectral optomechanical system are examined. The assembly technology of the double-mirror systems applying the synthesized holographic optical elements is shown to enable development of systems with ”uncorrected” focus.
