APPLIED INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES AND SYSTEMS

7
State of the art of information technologies application in service trade and the field development concept are considered. Peculiarities of training of specialists in the sphere are analyzed.
MODEL OF INFORMATION INTERACTION FOR SERVICE COMPANIES Tatarnikova Tatiana M., Mikadze Sergey Yu., Kolbanev Mikhail O.
10
A model of communication for service enterprises is proposed. The model summarizes procedures of providing service to customers, and may be used at enterprises using modern information tools in their activities.
ASSESSMENT OF PROBABILISTIC-TEMPORAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PROCESS OF I&R SERVICE RENDERING Kolbanev Mikhail O., Tatarnikova Tatiana M., Vorobyov Andrey I.
15
Methods for estimation of the optimal number of call center operators are proposed. The methods lean upon probability distribution of temporal characteristics of I&R services rendering.
19
The problem of assessment of information security system effectiveness is discussed. A method is proposed for evaluation of economic efficiency of information security system with regard to change in the enter-prise. Elasticity of the coefficient of change in competitiveness as a function of cost is determined.
23
A model for processing of text documents is proposed. The model allows evaluation of probability to solve an information problem in information contours of situational center of business intelligence in time limitation conditions. The model also makes it possible to determine the necessary set of information processing tools.
MODELLING THE PROCESS OF INSTRUMENTAL PREPARATION OF SERVICE RENDERING BASED ON EXPERT JUDGMEN Golovkin Yury B., Yartsev Rustem A., Gazetdinova Svetlana G.
27
A method for construction of graph-based models for automated control over instrumental preparation at service enterprises is discussed. The method effectiveness is demonstrated in situation when expert judgments differ in range and quantity of instrument necessary for internal implementation.

COMPUTER SYSTEMS AND NETWORKS

MODELING INFORMATION TRANSFER PROCESS IN NETWORK WITH ACCESS RIGHTS DIFFERENTIATION Verzun Natalia A., Vorobyov Andrey I., Poimanova Ekaterina D.
33
A service enterprise information network using centralized control over authorized access to network resources is considered. A mathematical model of such network is proposed, a method for evaluation of probabilistic-temporal characteristics of information transfer processes is presented.
PHYSICAL RESOURCES OF INFORMATION PROCESS OF DATA SAVING Kolbanev Mikhail O., Poimanova Ekaterina D., Tatarnikova Tatiana M.
38
The problem of physical resource saving in implementing of information storage process is considered.  A model is proposed for selection of basic information storage technology with the account for physical resources employed by the technology, i.e. the space, time, and energy.
ON ENERGY EFFICIENCY OF PACKET TRANSMISSION NETWORKS Kolbanev Mikhail O., Verzun Natalia A., Omelyan Alexander V.
42
Dependence of network energy consumption on algorithms of data units formatting in packet-switched network is considered.
47
The problem of web-component generation using model code generators based on governing fuzzy hypergraphs. Description of dynamic models of hypergraphs in programming of web-systems, portals, and websites is discussed.
REQUESTS REDISTRIBUTION BETWEEN COMPUTING CLUSTERS UNDER DEGRADATION Bogatyrev Vladimir A, Bogatyrev Anatoly Vladimirovich, Bogatyrev Stanislav Vladimirovich
53
A model of multi-cluster system is proposed. Optimal portion of requests redistributed through the network between clusters in the process of their degradation are evaluated for various types of reallocating requests organization.
59
A method is proposed for improvement of approximated bound for complex system reliability. The method is based on combination of the Esary — Proschan and Litvak — Ushakov upper and lower approximations.
EVALUATION OF FUNCTIONAL RELIABILITY OF SHIPBOARD NETWORK Tatarnikova Tatiana M., Yagotinceva Natalia V.
62
A probabilistic model of the process of communication installation in shipboard network is considered. The model makes it possible to evaluate the probability of link startup as a quantitative indicator of functional reliability of the shipboard network.
66
Staff recruitment for groups of programmers on the base of psychology diagnostic test results is proposed as a mean for improvement of reliability of developed software
70
A methodology of development of intellectual system of decision-making support is presented. The proposed approach is aimed at synthesis of mobile communication systems on the base of consequent multilayer analysis combined with step-by-step optimization using methods of control over elements of complex information system.

PRACTICAL DEVELOPMENTS

76
A variant of mark-rating system for knowledge assessment is proposed. Structure of informational support of program realization of the system is established
