INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES AND SYSTEMS

5
The problem of evaluation of technical state of a system is considered. Specifics of construction of  algorithms optimal with respect to a predetermined criterion are analyzed. Formal structures are presented to describe the sequence of controlled parameters checking in the process of the algorithm optimization. An ingenious mathematical formulation of the problem of optimal algorithm synthesis is proposed based on the criterion of maximal average probability of correct decision on the system technical condition.

A method is proposed for construction of user interface improving the multipurpose information system efficiency through adaptation of the interface to the context of the problem resolved on the base of users  classification model.

DEVICES AND SYSTEMS OF AUTOMATIC CONTROL

AN AUTOMATIC ALGORITHM OF MULTIPLE SMALL TARGET TRACKING AND DETECTION UNDER PRIOR TARGET UNCERTAINTY Valery T. Fissenko, Vladimir I. Mojeiko, Tatyana Yu. Fissenko, Leonid D. Vilesov, Dmitriy Fyodorov
17
The problem of tracking of multiple objects under a priory uncertainty of temporal and spatial characteristics and requirement of minimal time for object detection is considered. A strobe method is developed for detection of target-like markers allowing for formation of tracks of many objects. The method may be applied for small distance between the objects at wide range of inter-frame displacements of the objects and high noise level. The method presupposes that each track may be approximated by a linear function over the course of 3—5 frames. Effectiveness of the proposed method is confirmed experimentally with the use of synthesized sequences.
23
The problem of estimation of a flying vehicle control system characteristics with the use of a limited number of field test is considered.  A method proposed to solve the problem is based on priority of the experimental data: the weight assigned to the limited field tests data exceeds the weight of practically unlimited aprioristic information. Analytical expressions for posterior estimations of the control system characteristics are derived.
A METHOD OF SYMBOL SYNCHRONIZATION OF TELEMETRIC SYSTEMS IN TIMEFREQUENCY DOMAIN Loskutov Andrey I, Bjankin Alexander A., Dunikov Artem S., Parshutkin Andrey V
28
A method of symbol synchronization telemetric systems in time-frequency domain based on correlatio-nbased classification of spectral images of binary symbols of group telemetry signal and their boundaries is developed. The method noise immunity estimations are presented.
CONDITION AND STABILITY CRITERION FOR ELASTIC SENSING ELEMENT OF HERMETIC CONTACT Labkovskaya Rimma Ya., Pirozhnikova Olga I., Tkalich Vera L.
34
The question of linearization of equations of dynamics of elastic sensing elements of hermetic contact is considered. A condition and criterion of the element stability are derived and applied in design of a new hermetic contact.

COMPUTING TECHNIQUE

CALCULATION OF MERSENNE MATRICES BY PALEY METHOD Nikolai A. Balonin, Sergeev Mikhail B
38
A modified Paley method for calculation of Mersenne matrix of arbitrary order equal to a prime number is presented. An example of Mersenne matrix calculation is analyzed. Comparison of Mersenne matrices obtained with the use of the modified Sylvester and Paley methods is carried out. Effectiveness of the proposed method is analyzed with respect to the universal procedure of M-matrix retrieval.

42
A model of micromechanical gyroscope dynamics is presented. The model accounts for the effects of mass, elastic, dissipative, and Coriolis forces from the gyroscope suspension.
GYROSCOPIC STABILIZATION OF TWO-WHEELED MOBILE DEVICES Vetrenko Vladimir I., Romanova Tatyana I., Romanov Alexander S
47
A concept of two-wheeled mobile object stabilization with the use of one-sedate gyroscope on the base of a motorcycle with self-established forward wheel is described. The conditions for stabilization of the device movement are defined. A kinematic scheme of two-wheeled motorcycle is proposed, a working model of the device is constructed

The cognate-representation of Boolean functions is proposed for the use in analog-to-digital conversion. The approach allows for optimal definition of the obtained function and saving on hardware cost in design and operation of analog-to-digital converters.

OPTICAL AND OPTO-ELECTRONIC INSTRUMENTS AND SYSTEMS

60
Several approaches to design of lens with minimized curvature of the image in the field of second and third  aberration orders are discussed. The approaches under consideration are based on the use of inhomogeneous optical material with radial gradient of the refractive index. Application of such lenses is reported to allow for simplicity and decrease in overall dimensions of optical system components.

Results of field studies of the effect of space factors on radio and electronic equipment on board of spacecraft Mozhaets-3 and Mozhaets-4 are presented. Characteristics of reliability of the electronic elements operating under exposure to solar and geophysical factors are analyzed.

INSTRUMENT-MAKING TECHNOLOGY

71
The generalized Hough transform is applied for derivation of geometric primitives (helicoids) from 3D distribution of screw pair density obtained with computer tomographic system. Transformation of the density field into 3D image and subsequent imitation modeling is carried out with the use of marching cubes algorithm method. The initial data for various screws thread are derived with the use of the Carl Zeiss Metrotom 1500 CT scanner.
