The problem of image watermarking for multimedia product copyright protection is considered. The new method proposed here is based on a known digital watermarking algorithm, but the watermark is placed in spectral domain to increase its tolerance to marked image compression and transformation. Efficiency of the proposed method as compared with known ones is confirmed by presented quantitative characteristics.

A procedure is proposed for optimization of linear and angular coordinates of electromagnetic emitter to minimize intensity of its radiated field in a given set of sensing points in 3D continuum. The presented solution is based on representation of remote intensity of radiation with covariant tensors of fixed valence depending on spatial and angular orientation of the source.

The problem of restriction of aircraft movement parameters is considered. Application of control channel selection of is shown to provide an effective mean in development of automatic control system with automatic restriction machines. System of nonlinear differential equations for aircraft mass center movement in vertical plane is analyzed for the case of linear path. Estimates are derived for velocity and flight range depending on control restrictions.

A procedure is proposed for distributed parallel-conveyer barrier synchronization for uniform multiprocessor systems. The procedure is applicable to the class of matrix topological structures and is independent of placement pattern of the synchronized processes in the system. The problem of logical deduction in intelligence system making use of a great number of facts and rules is considered. Schematic design and performance algorithm of cardan-less gyro-horizon-compass is proposed. The device evolves an electrostatic gyroscope and micromechanical sensors and is designed for underwater vehicles navigation systems. Characteristics and level of the instrument errors of orientation parameters derived from hydroacoustic log and bathymetry data are analyzed.

Feasibility of successive application of Monte-Carlo method to extreme correlation navigation problem is analyzed with the account for variability of vector under estimation. Peculiarities of the approach are discussed, and an algorithm based on a posteriori (iterated) substantial sampling is proposed.

A diffraction system is proposed for spectrometric instruments. The system contains a cylindrical mirror in the spectrum formation plane and makes it possible to improve spectral resolution with no increase in mass and size of the system. Experiments carried out with the system reveal fine structure elements in green and blue lines of mercury bulb spectrum.
