MATHEMATICAL MODELS OF “NATURE—TECHNOGENICS” CONTROL SYSTEMS Solnitsev Remir I. , Gennady I. Korshunov
5
system for control over pollution concentration in “natural—technogenic” environment is discussed. The developed mathematical models of the object under control consider it as a space-distributed system. The proposed models describe spatial distribution of the pollutant flow and may be used for improvement of the control system. Possible applications of the models include estimation of pollutant concentration and control over natural-anthropogenic system like a nuclear power plant.
JUSTIFICATION OF SEQUENTIAL SIGNAL MODEL FOR COMMUNICATION SYSTEM Sergey V. Dvornikov, Evgeny V. Kazakov , Andrey A. Ustinov , Alexander P. Chikhonadskikh
11
Models of sequential signal generated on the base of ultra-short pulses and used in communication systems are studied. The choice of parameters to provide the best possible distribution of spectral energy density is justified. A comparative analysis of the spectral properties of the synthesized signals and Manchester pulses is performed.
ASSESSMENT OF INFORMATION WORK QUANTITY IN COMPUTER NETWORK Vladimir A. Smagin , Ivan Yu. Paramonov
16
A method is proposed for evaluation of statistical moments and distribution law for information work quantity in computer network of several interconnected sites at fixed traffic capacities and arbitrary distribution law of a site operation time. The method is also applicable to network structures not involved in information processing.

ELECTRONIC AND ELECTROMAGNETIC DEVICES

21
Suppression of narrowband noise with digital smoothing filters is shown to cause a significant signal delay. The possibility of compensating for the delay with the use of data-hold devices is analyzed. The influence of datahold device on quantization noise levels is estimated.
26
An approach to electromagnetic field modeling in electronic device based on classical radio engineering methods is presented. The proposed technique is intended for using in CAD systems when solving the problem of internal electromagnetic compatibility of electronic units. The approach makes it possible to reduce the volume of computation as compared with other techniques based on electromagnetic field evaluation.
30
The possibility of the use of domain structures for determination of magnetic characteristics of ferromagnetic materials is demonstrated.

OPTICAL AND OPTO-ELECTRONIC INSTRUMENTS AND SYSTEMS

33
A method is proposed for improvement of accuracy of average frequency measurement in acousto-optical spectroanalyzer with spatial non-invariant response based on calibration of the frequency response and frequency scale. The method is reported to ensure reduction of instrumental error of frequency measurement from 4,5 to 0,1 MGz.
AUTOCORRELATION FUNCTION OF SCATTERED RADIATION IN ATTENUATED TOTAL REFLECTION SCHEME FOR NANOPARTICLE SIZE MEASUREMENT Ivan S. Doronin , Konstantin N. Okishev , Yury M. Karpets, Natalia M. Kireeva
38
The method of nanoparticles size measurement based on photon correlation analysis is considered. An attenuated total reflectance scheme is proposed for reduction of influence from convective flows on the measurement accuracy. Autocorrelation function of scattered light intensity is determined for the scheme, and the proposed approach is shown to afford a significant decrease in time required for particle size measurement and an improvement in accuracy of the method.

Realization of heterodyne holographic interferometry with the use of two-frequency radiation is considered. This approach to displacement of the optical frequencies of restored interfering waves makes it possible to use a single reference beam to record the hologram. To implement the principle, waves with different optical frequencies and orthogonal polarizations in conjunction with the shift interferometry are applied. Basic mathematical relations for output signal parameters are derived. Time variant signal is generated and the signal phase containing information on the displacement vector is determined.

A new approach to the problem of rejection of a sinusoidal disturbance of unknown frequency, bias, amplitude, and phase for a nonlinear unstable system with a delay in the control channel is considered. The proposed solution is based on combination of the well-known predictor feedback method with an adaptive scheme which identifies the disturbance frequency.
