SYNTHESIS OF ORTHOGONAL FILTERS IN STATISTICAL IDENTIFICATIONS OF DYNAMIC SYSTEM Alexey E. Nivin, Alexander V. Saushev, Vladimir A. Shoshmin
5
Application of digital Laguerre filters in statistical identification of a dynamic system is justified. Analysis of the filters design is presented. An algorithm of pulse response function decomposition into Laguerre series is considered.
11
The problem of synthesis of the optimal motion program of a space rocket in order to minimize orbital injection cost per kilogram of payload is considered. The problem is formalized and reduced to a standard optimal control problem with constraints. The method of purposeful replacement of optimization functional is applied to solve the problem.
15
A method of traverse launching of unmanned underwater vehicles for oceanography research from a surface carrier is considered. A mathematical model of hydro-ballistic scaled test bench is developed for studying the proposed method of submersible launching, analysis of the equipment design and experimental results.
TWO FAST ALGORITHMS FOR RESTORATION OF SMEARED IMAGES Sizikov Valery S , Konstantin Kir'yanov, Roman A. Exemplyarov
24
Two fast algorithms for restoration of a smeared image are proposed. Each algorithm includes numerical solution of the Fredholm ill-posed integral equation of the first kind by the Tikhonov regularization method using a preliminary calculated (prepared) matrix, and multiplication of the matrix by every row-vector of the smeared image. Comparison with known fast algorithms is presented.
30
Phase images of measuring signal used in diffractometry are analyzed. A method is presented for elimination of the signal redundancy allowing representing the signal parameters by parameters of its phase image. The approach makes it possible to derive a new informative parameter

DEVICES AND SYSTEMS OF AUTOMATIC CONTROL

ROBUST STABILIZATION OF MULTIDIMENSIONAL LINEAR OBJECT WITH DELAYED CONTROL Oleg Yu. Kamkin, Olga A. Remizova, Vladislav V. Syrokvashin, Alexander L. Fokin
36
A low-order robust controller for multidimensional object with uncertain delay and parametric uncertainty is synthesized with the use of the Nevanlinna–Pick algorithm.
43
The problem of checking of control system characteristics against specified technical requirements is considered in the case when the system prototypes to be tested are limited in number. It is shown that the problem may be reduced to checking of a multidimensional statistical hypothesis concerning distribution parameters. A method is proposed for approximate solution of the problem allowing for increase in reliability of decision on consistency of various characteristics of the system with the specified requirements based on a limited number of field tests.
49
The problem of determination of optimal control over an object consisting of integrator and adjoined harmonic oscillator is analyzed. Difficulties of numerical solution of the problem are shown to be associated with peculiarities of optimal control over the object.
DYNAMIC SIMULATION OF MEASURING SYSTEM FOR UNDERGROUND CHAMBER MONITORING Musalimov Victor M, George Zamoruev, Yury S. Monakhov
53
Peculiarities of dynamic modeling of borehole sonar device used for monitoring of underground chamber are considered. A mathematical model of the mechanical system is proposed. Main parameters of the transfer function are derived.

ELECTRONIC AND ELECTROMAGNET DEVICES

CONTROLLABLE RING PULSE GENERATOR Stepan A. Nesterenko, Valery A. Chulkov
58
Circuit schematic of a ring pulse oscillator for synchronization and information converting devices on the base of local phase interpolation elements is developed. The leading interpolation principle combined with electronic regulation of interpolation axis provides a wideband frequency tuning at a reduced time sampling increment. Results of study an integrated oscillator built with 50-nm technology is examined in modeling environment LTSpice4.
64
A method is proposed to improve the accuracy of measurement of longitudinal and transversal relaxation time (relaxation constants) of flowing fluid with nuclear-magnetic spectrometer. Experiments are carried out to study the effect of analyzer and registration coil size on signal-to-noise ratio at the output of registration system of nuclear-magnetic resonator, as well as on inhomogeneity of the analyzer magnetic field in the vicinity of the registration coil.

OPTICAL AND OPTICAL-ELECTRONIC INSTRUMENTS AND SYSTEMS

69
Theoretical models of spherical and chromatic aberration correction in single lens and in doublet are considered in the case of axial inhomogeneity of the refractive index in the lenses. It is shown that chromatism in a single lens may be corrected with anomalous dispersion of refractive index gradient. In a doublet, the correction is possible both with normal and abnormal dispersion of the gradient.
77
A method is proposed for image signal processing in lengthy object velocity measuring system. The method is shown to reduce the measurement errors.

81
Telecommunication methods and devices for biological substances, vegetable raw materials, and construction materials identification based on structural and spectral image analysis are considered.
SELECTION OF SMALL OBJECTS IMAGES AGAINST AN INHOMOGENEOUS BACKGROUND UNDER NOISE CONDITIONS Andrey Andreev, Korotaev Valery Viktorovich, Dmitry M. Pashkovsky
88
Application of an algorithm for image processing in video surveillance systems for detection of signals from low-contrast and small-sized objects in the presents of contrast and masking details in surveillance area background is considered.
93
Signal detecting procedure for direction-finders based on three types of photodetectors is described. Conditions of maximal effectiveness of the optimal linear filtering are determined in connection with the maximum of signal to interference-plus-noise ratio. The heuristic algorithm of digital signal detection is proposed to be used in direction-finders with matrix photodetector.
