878
Principles of construction and peculiarities of structure and optical scheme of airfield brightness sensor are considered. Procedure of the sensor testing and checking is described. The sensor accuracy is estimated, components of the measurement errors are analyzed.
882
Optimization of optical-electronic system for the range of 0.42 – 1.1 m with the use of imitation modeling of the system units is considered. The proposed approach allows for substitution of complicated and expensive field tests for investigation of a remote sounding system, with a combined application of nature and mathematical modeling on the base of modern information technologies at the stage of the system design as well as at the stage of field exploitation. The approach is aimed at improvement of the design methods and means, and at improvement of control over such parameters of perspective space systems equipment as spectral range of operation, physical aperture, linear resolution of the terrain, and the system performance. Solution to the problem opens a way to simulation of the survey process and therefore improvement of functional and parametric characteristics of the system in the process of design and coordination of technical data both at the stage of drawing up technical specifications, and in the process of full-scale field tests.
890
Application of the parallel computing method in modeling of optical beam control in search and pointing modes is considered. It is shown that if mathematical model of calculation process may be represented as a set of relations, and the physical process under control takes a form of actions, then the computer model allows for realization of parallel calculations and therefore makes it possible to increase the efficiency of the control.
SIMULATION MODEL OF INFORMATION-MEASURING AND CONTROL SYSTEM Yulia Yu. Gatchina, Nemolochnov Oleg F.
895
A functional diagram is proposed for modeling information, measurement, and control system. Several relations are obtained to assess the system state, the relations makes it possible to improve the system structure and to refine the system qualitative and quantitative parameters with the use of computer modeling.

INSTRUMENT-MAKING TECHNOLOGY

901
A model for alignment of multi-element mirror of high-aperture telescopes is proposed. Relations for estimating the composite mirror adjustment accuracy are obtained on the base of the introduced concept of difference surface, with the use of developed algorithms of geometrical and optical-technical positioning of mirror segments.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES AND SYSTEMS

908
Application of the phase correlation method in creating panoramic digital images by stitching adjacent frames is considered. High sensitivity of the method to disturbances caused by spatial noise and blur of object borders in the images is discussed. Using model images for spatial noise and object border blur in initial frames, the maximum allowable values of the disturbances retaining the probability of reliable calculation of spatial displacement of adjacent frames by the phase correlation method equal to one are estimated. Substantial dependence of calculated data on density of the objects in the image is noted. The obtained results are anticipated to extend feasibility of the phase correlation method.
915
A scheme of imitation modeling of the process of high-speed aircraft detection with opticalelectronic detector and an algorithm for correction of risk factors in the presence of additive Gauss noise are proposed. The approach provides minimization of expected loss value according to the Bayes criterion due to the optimal choice of the risk factors.
FORECASTING MODEL FOR MULTI-PARAMETER TECHNICAL SYSTEM STATE Demin Anatoly V., Dmitrieva Svetlana P.
920
An analytical model is developed for multi-parameter technical system state assessment. The model allows monitoring of the system objective functions during its operation on the base of a posteriori information. The model construction calls for identification of the system basic features and characteristic peculiarities, as well as limitations presented at the structural level as a set of domains; the requirements make it possible correct the system parameters ensuring their invariance with respect to disturbances. Application of the analytical model to assessment of the state of a multi-parameter technical system considered in relation to complex hierarchical distributed multi-agent dynamic measuring systems to be designed in the framework of the project on construction of weather station complex.

An analytical model is developed for multi-parameter technical system state assessment. The model allows monitoring of the system objective functions during its operation on the base of a posteriori information. The model construction calls for identification of basic and clarifying component varying degrees of detail at different levels, according to the principle of composition and decomposition of technical systems. Application of the analytical model to assessment of the state of a multi-parameter technical system considered in relation to complex hierarchical distributed multi-agent dynamic measuring systems to be designed in the framework of the project on construction of weather station complex.
PEG-BASED LANGUAGE WORKBENCH RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT Iurii D. Korenkov , Loginov Ivan P.
934
Tools for creation of a domain-specific language (called the language workbench) and their features are considered. A new solution based on the PEG-grammars is proposed – a prototype of language workbench that provides an intuitive way for description of a domain specific language grammar. A comparison of key features of the developed prototype with the opportunities provided by existing solutions is presented.
939
A new approach to creation of functional and structural elements of application, forming the architectural level of the domain model, is proposed. The approach is based on the use of metadata of the main data source. Due to specific requirements to the data source, the developed solution is reported to be most relevant to the client part of the distributed client-server systems with an RDF triple store as the main database. In practice, most of such clients are realized as mobile applications.
