The proposed approach allows for substitution of complicated and expensive field tests for investigation of a remote sounding system, with a combined application of nature and mathematical modeling on the base of modern information technologies at the stage of the system design as well as at the stage of field exploitation. The approach is aimed at improvement of the design methods and means, and at improvement of control over such parameters of perspective space systems equipment as spectral range of operation, physical aperture, linear resolution of the terrain, and the system performance. Solution to the problem opens a way to simulation of the survey process and therefore improvement of functional and parametric characteristics of the system in the process of design and coordination of technical data both at the stage of drawing up technical specifications, and in the process of full-scale field tests.

RESISTANCE OF PHASE CORRELATION METHOD TO DISTURBANCES AT CREATING OF PANORAMIC DIGITAL IMAGES
Losev Sergey V.
908
Application of the phase correlation method in creating panoramic digital images by stitching adjacent frames is considered. High sensitivity of the method to disturbances caused by spatial noise and blur of object borders in the images is discussed. Using model images for spatial noise and object border blur in initial frames, the maximum allowable values of the disturbances retaining the probability of reliable calculation of spatial displacement of adjacent frames by the phase correlation method equal to one are estimated. Substantial dependence of calculated data on density of the objects in the image is noted. The obtained results are anticipated to extend feasibility of the phase correlation method.

Demin Anatoly V., Dmitrieva Svetlana P.
920
An analytical model is developed for multi-parameter technical system state assessment. The model allows monitoring of the system objective functions during its operation on the base of a posteriori information. The model construction calls for identification of the system basic features and characteristic peculiarities, as well as limitations presented at the structural level as a set of domains; the requirements make it possible correct the system parameters ensuring their invariance with respect to disturbances. Application of the analytical model to assessment of the state of a multi-parameter technical system considered in relation to complex hierarchical distributed multi-agent dynamic measuring systems to be designed in the framework of the project on construction of weather station complex.
